Kharkiv comes under two-hour drone barrage as Russia hits Ukraine overnight

Russian forces launched overnight drone attacks on Ukraine, targeting several areas, including the city of Kharkiv. According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the assault lasted about two hours and struck multiple neighborhoods across the city.

Private homes, a market, and a business were damaged in the attack. Four people were injured, Governor Oleh Syniehubov said.

Russian drones also targeted the city of Odesa, damaging civilian infrastructure, including residential buildings, according to Governor Oleh Kiper.

Kiper said one body was found in a damaged home. Authorities are still assessing the full extent of the damage.
